Problem:
The client is using a 301 redirects plugin by WebFactory Ltd. that is not working with WPML and asked for advice on any plugin for 301 redirects.
Solution:
We recommend trying the Redirection plugin, which is fully compatible with WPML. You can find more information and download the plugin here: https://wpml.org/plugin/redirection/
