If you're experiencing issues with dropdown menus not displaying correctly in the Spanish translation of a form created with Contact Form 7 and translated using WPML, where the dropdown menus show only one item instead of a list.
Solution:
We recommend first accessing the Advanced Translation Editor settings. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner and disable the options to use big segments. After saving the translation, check if the dropdown menus are functioning correctly. If the problem persists, try switching to the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor in the same settings screen.
