Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with dropdown menus not displaying correctly in the Spanish translation of a form created with Contact Form 7 and translated using WPML, where the dropdown menus show only one item instead of a list.
Solution:
We recommend first accessing the Advanced Translation Editor settings. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner and disable the options to use big segments. After saving the translation, check if the dropdown menus are functioning correctly. If the problem persists, try switching to the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor in the same settings screen. Background of the issue:
I translated the English Form to Spanish as explained in the documentation for Contact Form 7 using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
The fields with dropdown menus are not functioning properly in the Spanish translation. They appear as 1 only item to select instead of a list of countries.

Questions:
Why are the dropdown menus not displaying correctly in the Spanish translation?
How can I fix the dropdown menu issue in the translated form?

Hello there,

Can you please access the Advanced Translation Editor settings by clicking on the gear at the top right corner and disable the options to use big segments, save the translation and see if it gets the issue fixed?

If there's still an issue, please try to switch to the previous version of ATE in the same settings screen as before to see if it helps.
