In your screenshots attached to a previous reply, you have a multi currency tab on the WooCommerce -> Settings screen. This is not where WooCommerce Multilingual settings are (the settings from our plugin, I mean). Ours can be found by going to WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> Multi Currency (screenshot attached).
It sounds like you may have another mutlicurrency plugin active on your site. If this is the case, please deacticate the other plugin and let's see if everything is working as expected. Please let me know the results.
This is a test site with only WooCommerce and WPML plugins active. Feel free to use this link to login and look around to compare it to your site. Here's what I see in the WooCommerce Settings (screenshot attached).
