Background of the issue:
I need to create a footer for each language version with its own content on my site hidden link. The CZ footer is default, but I need different content for EN, SK, and PL versions, where each has different photos and contact details. I use Elementor Pro to create the footer.
Symptoms:
In Elementor Theme Builder, it doesn't show me the option to add conditions to display on a specific language.

How can I create different footer content for each language version using Elementor Pro?
Why doesn't Elementor Theme Builder show the option to add conditions for specific languages?
