We have translation jobs we sent to Crowdin. This worked. They were translated on Crowdin, but the translation job continues to say "in progress". We are using classic editor. We saw the following error, but are unsure how to fix it/next steps to take: - hidden link |

I will escalate this to our team so we can check what might be happening with the Crowdin jobs that remain “in progress” even though they were translated. Hello, This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team, and I'll help you with this issue. I checked the mentioned jobs, and I tried to pull the translation, but it keeps giving me that the jobs are not translated. So If you are pretty sure that the jobs are translated in Crowdin and marked as completed (Maybe it is translated, but the status needs to be changed to allow WPML to retrieve the translation), please reach out to Crowdin Support to check the issue from the Crowdin side. Hi Ahmed, Thank you so much for your follow up. I am in touch with Crowdin support to find out where/how the "marked as completed" option is in their platform, if it in fact exists. We have marked everything as "approved", but I am checking to see if there's a separate "completed" button we must click in addition to approving the translations. Will follow up shortly as I hear back. Thank you again. |

I spoke with Crowdin support via zoom and they indicated the translation jobs were all complete on their end and should be available back to WPML based on the approved status. I am finding that the status of batches/jobs within WPML is not updating - cancelled jobs still say "in progress". Then later they disappear and when I resend a page for translation, it sends successfully to Crowdin but then is immediately marked as "cancelled" within WPML. To me this seems like a possible caching issue, or issue related to WPML not processing the jobs correctly. I will record a screenscast to send over. |
