Thanks for your reply.

You need to activate the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual plugin to enable the translations to be copied over to the translated accommodation hidden link

I've fixed this one also hidden link . Also, please update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO to the latest version so that we could check your other issues.

Hello kor.

Looks like you have already activated the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual.

I do NOT see the issue that I reported any longer.
If I go to EXPLORE click on any tour and select to view it in Spanish Language, the Tour info custom field is rendering as expected, without html tags.

What did you do to fix this?

The problem now is with the Accommodations.
The following accommodation does not render the amenities in Spanish Language

Thanks for your reply.

On you field group here hidden link , I've selected "Same fields across languages" to fix this. Then, I update the primary language page as shown in this screen recording so that it copies the accommodation to the translated page. hidden link

Now it shows fine hidden link

UPDATE: The same issue now appears on all Tours and all activities.

There is something wrong going on here.
As you know, I have created some templates in Divi > Theme Builder.
Those templates have a few words that needed to be translated ( such as Description, Activity Info, Tour Info, and Tour Map )

I remember that I had translated all those templates.
But today, when I saw your recording, I noticed that those words were not translated into Spanish.
You can see this issue in the recording that you sent me in your last message about "Blue Sky Villa Oia ".

I started to translate again in WPML - translation Management a couple of templates to see what was going on.
Then ....all of a sudden.... ALL templates now show the aforementioned words in Spanish!

But at the same time...ALL Tours and Activitties show HTML code tags on Custom Fields.
This is very weird.

For some reason now all Activities are set to be translated manually using the wordpress editor

Also , for example, in Tours, some appear to be translated, others appear that their translation needs to be updated. Why is that?

Thank you for responding.

If you have made any changes to the main language tour page, you need to review and finalize the translation accordingly.

Could you verify and get back to me? Additionally, is there anything else you need me to look into? Your multiple responses are causing confusion, and I'm unsure of any other issues you might be encountering.

I am writing to let you know that this problem is now more urgent than before. My client ( the website owner ) is asking about the website.

Is this the first time this issue has been encountered by the WPML support team?
Am I the first customer who has translated a website with Custom Fields and has HTML code being rendered on them?

Please, do your best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. It has been 3 weeks now and I am exposed to my client, who is waiting for the Spanish translation to advertise the website.

If you think it will take longer than a week to solve this issue please let me know as quickly as possible.
