Background of the issue:
I am trying to use a custom page template in a block theme for a translated page. The template is edited under Appearance -> Editor -> Templates. On the default language page, I can select the template, but on the translated page, there is no option to select the template. I followed the documentation to translate the template: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/translating-sites-that-use-full-site-editing/. After adding the template to the translation queue, I received an error message: 'Unable to retrieve job details.' Now, even under Translations queue, jobs could not be loaded. The error message is: GET hidden link net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found). I tried reuploading the plugin as suggested. After adding the template again to translation, the WPML -> Translations page works, but clicking on edit under actions for this template results in the error: 'Unable to retrieve job details.' The page URL is: hidden link. I also see some JavaScript errors in the console: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id') application-7d03af4f2d5fa2f745580e64e6a43306d45a0f663eda1494a66fa4438938a80d.js:3. I am not sure how to translate it manually. The status of this translation is Completed, but if I select it and under Bulk actions select Approve translation reviews, I get the message: 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs.'

Symptoms:
Unable to select a custom page template for a translated page. Error messages include: 'Unable to retrieve job details,' 'Jobs could not be loaded,' and 'TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id').' The page URL is: hidden link.

Questions:
How can I resolve the 'Unable to retrieve job details' error?
Why are jobs not loading under the Translations queue?
How can I manually translate the template?
What should I do about the JavaScript error: 'TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')'?

I duplicated the template, but when we checked the translation file, we haven't found anything inside.

Can you tell me what from the template new you want to translate? Because if these are custom blocks they may require XML to appear in translation editor.
