To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

When I try to log in it asks for OTP, can you disable this system so I can debug this further?

Otp No Need. just us your email then click button. password field will visible then use password.

Hello there,

I can log in now. Also, the pages doesn't seems to be slow, can you check and confirm?

Can you provide a few links where the issue exists?

Also, Have you tried disabling all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking whether the issue persists or not?

Please remember to create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes. This is always a good practice.

Hi,

there not spacific pages full dashboad are getting slow after active wpml.

you can check by deactivate WPML and loading timing, and after active loading.

Hello there,

As mentioned I couldn't feel any slowness even with WPML enabled on the dashboard.

Since multilingual plugins require loading all plugin contents for translations, the performance impact can rise to 20-30% which is normal.

Also, if you are using automatic translations and you are downloading the translations, until the translations are downloaded then the performance can be high, but this is one-time usage and shouldn't happen every time.

Since it's working for me, I suggest you to test with and without WPML and provide us the time taken so we can evaluate further.
