This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needs to delete a translation of a Layout in WPML that was not correctly copied over in Elementor, and they wish to start over.
Solution:
We recommended the client to navigate to their WordPress dashboard, specifically to the Layout section. From there, they should locate the translation they wish to delete under the specified language, hover over it, and select the option to delete. After deleting, it is also necessary to remove it from the trash tab to completely clear it. This process will allow the client to start fresh with the translation.

The translated layout is not available under the language. I want to delete because the content was not copied (elementor layout) and start over. Thank you

actually, my final goal is to have the translation available in WordPress content editor/elementor. if you can make it work than no need to delete the translation.

Hi there and thank you for the credentials.

You can go here (hidden link) > hover your mouse over it > and delete it > and then remove it from the trash tab, too.

Then, you can start fresh.
