While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly. The error you sent in the Ticket's title is a warning regarding some functions' usage from WPML, that will be unavailable in the future. This has no impact on the functioning of the website, as it is just a warning for developers. As for the language switcher, can you please provide us with more details? Soon one of my colleagues will come to continue support.
