This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing an issue where reusable blocks (patterns) appear correctly on your home page in German, but the design is broken on the translated English home page. This occurs even though everything appears fine in the backend when editing the translated pages.
Solution:
We recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue:
1) Disable WPML and then re-save your page to see if the issue persists.
2) Clear and disable any cache plugins you might be using.
3) Make sure you have not added multiple patterns into other patterns and that they are translated.
Please ensure you have a backup of your site before making these changes.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
Several reusable blocks (patterns) look fine on our home page in German language (hidden link). But on our translated English home page (hidden link) the design is broken on the frontend, though everything looks fine on the backend (hidden link). We use the WP block editor to edit the translated pages. Even if we remove the reusable block on the backend and then add it again, it is the same result.

Hello,

I converted chat to ticket since you where inactive.

Please let me know how it goes and if the issue still happens to the situation I suggest to check:

1) When WPML disabled and you re-save and visit your page

2) When the cache plugin is cleared and disabled.

Make sure to have a backup just in case.

Regards,
Drazen

the problem was a pattern used inside another pattern.
