Hello,

There is sadly not any easy way to achieve this as we do have not any options available for each field and we neither can interact with something like a custom XML configuration in this case.

If you do not wish to have the form translated automatically, then please disable automatic translation for the form at WPML > Settings > Custom Post Type Translation.

Then, when translating your form with the WPML Translation Editor you can copy the country names to the second language if you do not wish to translate them.
