Background of the issue:
I am trying to disconnect a free trial WPML account from my client's WordPress site hidden link and connect it to the paid subscription account I am writing from. I cannot access the plugins section of the WordPress dashboard, but someone else can, and I need to communicate the steps to her.

Symptoms:
I am unable to access the plugins section of the hidden link WP dashboard.

Questions:
How can I disconnect the current WPML account from the WordPress site?
What are the steps to connect the paid WPML account to the WordPress site?
