I am trying to:
imprt modules in library - not showing up when wanting to use the module
they are showing up in the library
when wanting to use the module - click on from library - I see the screen building up some selection - however at the end it's only white emty screen
seems something is firing in this process

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: uploaded modules

Instead, I got: blank screen

i tried to do the mentioned solution in the other thread
however -
meanwhile I don't have old modules uploaded in the library anymore - I've deleted all items from library and installed new ones again - nothing changed
I don't see where I could emty the cache or remove ghost entries
I deactivated / activated WPML - no changes
I tried to upload in English / German - etc. - no changes to this behaviour

It must be something that when building up to show the uploaded modules from library
something is firing and it goes to showing nothing

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

To assist you better in this case, I kindly request you to share the WPML Debug information of your site. It will help me to gain a better overview of the site and system. You'll see the field to share the WPML debug info while leaving the next reply. Please check the article below to understand the process of sharing the Debug info.

If you encounter a white screen after a process, it could be a result of a conflict. I recommend conducting a conflict test on your site, which will help in understanding the primary cause of the problem.

- Prior to making any changes, take a full backup of the entire website to ensure data safety.
- Please deactivate all plugins except for WPML and its add-ons. If you're using the Divi Builder plugin, keep that enabled along with WPML.
- If the issue gets solved after deactivating the plugins, start activating the plugins one by one. After activating each, check if the issue reappears or not.

In this way, you will be able to pinpoint what mainly causes the issue.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit
