[Resolved] Divi Supreme Pro - Faq content translations not visible on frontend.
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are using Divi Supreme Pro with dropdown tabs on your WordPress site and have added translations in the editor, but they are not appearing on the front end. Solution: We recommend adding the following XML configuration to your WPML settings to ensure that the Divi Supreme Pro shortcodes are correctly recognized for translation:
Navigate to "WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration (tab)" and paste the above code. Save the changes and refresh the page to ensure the code is applied. Next, follow these steps: 1. Go to Dashboard > Pages and open the edit screen of the original page. 2. Make a minor edit, such as adding an extra space, and save. 3. Look for a circular arrow next to the language links indicating that an update is required. 4. Re-edit the translation to ensure it is 100% complete and save again. This should resolve the issue with translations not appearing on the front end.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues and verifying that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I'm using Divi Supreme Pro with dropdown tabs on my WordPress site. I have added translations in the editor, but they are not appearing on the front end. The site I need help with is hidden link. An example of the FAQ containers can be seen here: hidden link. I am following the documentation at hidden link.
Symptoms:
Translations added in the editor are not visible on the front end.
Questions:
What might be causing the translations not to appear on the front end?
Welcome to WPML support. This seems to be a compatibility issue. To be able to report the compatibility issues, we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install the Divi theme.
- Install the Divi Supreme plugin
- Create a page with the item in question
- Replicate the issue.
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
I have prepared the page /test-page/ where I have recreated the issue. As you can see, after switching to the Italian version and expanding the section, the texts still appear in Polish.
On my installation, the issue is inconsistent. Sometimes the translation title does not appear, and other times the translation works correctly. Please take this into account. If needed, I can provide access to the backend of my website.
You can observe this inconsistency on the following subpage: hidden link.
Just following up on the issue I reported a few days ago. I understand these things can take time, but I wanted to kindly check in, as we're getting some pressure from our clients who are awaiting a resolution.
Let me know if thereโs any update or anything I can assist with.
Thank you for the follow up. We do not have a solution for now to be able to share.
Rest assured that I will inform you as soon as I have news, as I am getting notified daily when there is an update to a ticket that I am respinsible for ๐
Click the save button and wait for the loading icon to finish. Refresh the page to make sure the code is there.
After that, please do as follows:
- Go to your Dashboard > Pages.
- Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.
