Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with a 'Contact Us' button in my Divi Theme Builder footer on my website: hidden link. The button is part of a Divi Library layout embedded in my Divi Theme Builder footer.

Symptoms:
The 'Contact Us' button does not appear at all when the website is switched to Chinese. In other languages like German, French, Japanese, and Korean, the button text is translated correctly, but the 'mail/envelope' icon is missing.

Questions:
Why is the 'Contact Us' button not appearing in the Chinese version of the site?
Why is the 'mail/envelope' icon missing in other translated languages?
