[Closed] Dont save translated content

Background of the issue:
I am translating content into the Lithuanian (LT) language using WPML on my website hidden link. I have completed the translation and it shows as 100% translated.

Symptoms:
After attempting to save the translation, the 'Refreshing translation status' indicator continues to spin without completing, and this has been ongoing for more than a week.

Questions:
Why does the 'Refreshing translation status' continue to spin without completing even after following the suggested steps?
What additional steps can I take to resolve the issue where changes are not being saved despite following the provided documentation?....
