Problem:
The client is trying to duplicate the contents of their site and has set English as the default language, but when using the translation manager, it always duplicates in Italian.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to the WPML >> Translation Management page.
2. Use the admin language switcher to select the English language.
3. Choose the content that you want to duplicate from English to other languages.
4. Select the "Duplicate content" option and then click the Duplicate button.
