Editor access to WPML

wdburgdorf	Background of the issue: I want editors to be able to translate content. Currently, editors can only use the WP or WPML editors. When I use User Role Editor to provide capabilities, editors get access to almost everything. However, they still don't have access to the translation dashboard, which is crucial for automatic translations. Symptoms: Editors do not have access to the translation dashboard despite having other capabilities. Questions: How can I give editors access to the translation dashboard for automatic translations?

Background of the issue:
