Background of the issue:
I am trying to save a page using Elementor, but I encounter an issue "Access denied". I tested the page after disabling the WPML plugin, and everything works fine. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link. Below, I added the system info.
Symptoms:
Elementor is not saving my page when doing it for the second time. I am getting an 'Access denied' error, and it automatically reverts to Gutenberg from the Elementor editor.
Questions:
Why is Elementor not saving my page?
Why am I getting an 'Access denied' error?
Why does it revert to Gutenberg from the Elementor editor?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
the issues is not on the home page or any other page inside "pages" Its on custom post types . If you go to "Tjänster" CPT and try editing with elementor you can see the issues
