The email remains in its original Spanish language, and the translation to English has not been successfully applied or is not functioning as expected. |

Hello, please do not share credentials in public reply as anybody can see it, it is public forum. 1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site. More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ 2) Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply. Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue furtherly. I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any. I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible. I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply. I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned. You can safely add your information into these fields. Regards, |

Hello, thanks, I have checked and can see the strings are translated correctly. Before I proceed to the next step can you please try the following: Please make a backup before proceeding. 1) Make sure to update WooCommerce and WPML plugins to the latest versions. 2) Create a staging site and check if the issue still happens when using the WP default theme and only WPML plugins and WooCommerce enabled, all others disabled. Hello, I have checked and updated the plugins. It seems to work fine there, image attached. I have tested with Completed order mail. 1) Please check and confirm it works fine or am I missing some steps? 2) Enable back needed plugins and theme and check if it works fine. I have tried, but I keep getting server error, probably resource-limited. Let me know once you tested if the issue still happens and if you need more help, as it works fine in step 1 probably some code or plugin causing issue. Regards, |

Hello, I disabled it so it is easier to confirm and faster to debug. Also, that way I can confirm none of those plugins/themes caused the issue. So, if the issue happens in that minimal environment with the default theme and only WPML plugins / WC, can you please share with me step by step how can I check it on the staging site? Since when I checked it seems to work fine for me or I am missing some steps. Thanks, |

Hello, Please follow my steps to move forward: 1) If the issue is not happening on the staging site when plugins and them disabled, if possible try to disable the same on the production site and check if the issue happens. Make sure to have a backup and update related plugin 2) Enable needed plugins and themes in the staging site and check if the issue still happens. first of all the website is in Spanish and then in English if we send an email in English its sent in Spanish is the main issue but you set the site language in English why email showing in English I need it if i send it from a Spanish email send in Spanish and you disable everything its not solving a issue |
