I am sorry but I do not understand your reply. Maybe I would advise speaking with our Spanish support if that is easier for you.

You should set the string in your default language and then translate. If you need to change default language you can do as explained here:

I have very much trouble understanding your replies here and we are not making any progress here in this ticket.

If you are an original Spanish speaker I would suggest opening a ticket in a Spanish forum and sharing more informative replies on your steps and what goes wrong. As we also limit 1 issue per ticket, please open a new ticket if this is new issue or I can do it for you.
