Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to translate WordPress posts and pages. I want to export any post to .xliff format to send it to a human native translator for review. I can see the Import/Export option in the 'Translation Queue' in WPML but not in 'Translation Management', where I need to filter and select specific posts/pages.

Symptoms:
When I select a post/page to add to Translation Management and send it to the Translation Queue, it does not appear there. This issue persists even when using the Classic translation setting.

Questions:
What happens with translated pages when I disable the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE)?
How does disabling ATE affect future translations?
Can I switch between enabling and disabling ATE to export and import .xliff files?
Will enabling ATE before importing .xliff files affect the import process?
