Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.

To move your String Translations from one website to another, you can export the translated strings into a .po file from String Translation. For that, you must:

- Go to WPML -> String Translation
- Select at the bottom of the page in the "Import/export .po" metabox a text domain and a language to generate an export .po file for this

In the production environment, you can visit this same section "Import/export .po, import the .po file for this language and for this text domain (for the theme or plugin), uploading to the String Translation module. See more information here please: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#import-export-en

Regards,
Drazen
