This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate product filters from English to German using the 'Be Rocket' plugin for product attributes, but the translations are not working despite following the usual process.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure that the staging site is accessible.
2. Navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.
3. Execute the functions listed there one by one. For reference, see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/zj1idMzRpBAQ
4. Edit a product that has the problematic attribute in the default language.
5. Make a minor edit and update it.
6. Update the translation of that product.

Please ensure to back up your database before performing the above steps.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to translate the English Filters to German, yet they dont work (please look at the two screenshots).
To only translations that seem to work are:
Playercount --> Spielerzahl
Origin --> Herkunft
Language --> Sprache

For the others I dont do anything different, but it does not work.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I use "Be Rocket" to make product filters. These filters are based on product "Attributes" not "Categories".
Once I created the Filters I translate them and add the code to the short code element in Elementor

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Dont know

What is the link to your site?

Maybe it has to do something with the fact that the games which are connected to an attribute do not get taken over by WPML.
I have restated the process of translating everything. When I wanted to translate the variable "Casual" with 72 games in it (see first screenshot), it did translate but without the games (see second screenshot).

I fixed it all, but one filter ("Target Group") still does not work. I am unable to change the language of the individual groups within the attribute (see screenshot). Can you tell me how I can translate them to German? For some reason, it worked with all the other categories.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. Please go to WooCommerce-> WooCommerce Multilingual-> Attributes tab, select the "Target Group" attribute, and translate the terms. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

After that, please check if the attribute will work as expected.

Best regards,
Osama

Progress, I managed to translate all terms but it did not take the products into account. They are all 0 (see screenshot). There should be products attached to each attribute.

Thanks for the help.
