I was going to send you a message that I can make the changes that I made on your website's clone on the live website. But now you mentioned that you've restored a previous backup.
It's unfortunate that you lost the work and had to add it all over again. But, it is a good thing that the homepages are working now.
I can understand the inconvenience caused by this edge case issue since it is not something reproducible on a clean test website. But we're available for you, in case you come across this or any other challenge again.
Note: I'm officially off on Saturdays and Sundays, but because of the urgency of this ticket, I'll be monitoring it over the weekend. Feel free to send your questions to this ticket and I will reply over the weekend too.
Hi,
you say
" I can make the changes that I made on your website's clone on the live website" now,
but why didn't you do it yesterday instead of making me wait and see if I would succeed in doing it ?
it's too late, and we will never know what happened,
will it happen again or not ?
how can I trust ?
I'm not sure to keep this plugin, I'm afraid of what happened, and especially how WPML support handled this problem without solving it for 3 days.
I will think about this and I will make my decision next week because I have another website to translate,
should I take the risk of using your plugin?
If I get a refund, can I delete everything and install another plugin instead without worries?
Thank you for answering all the 5 questions in this message.
again, I can't leave the site like that, so I restored the backup from last night, the English home page is now in English language, and I saved the HTML of the front pages from English and Thai, so I can put them back without having to restore the entire website.
Thank you and let's leave the website as it is for the next 4 hours.
I'm checking the WPML settings and page setup without making any changes to the content or the settings. If I have to make some adjustments to the settings I'll explicitly share the exact changes with you and the reason for the change.
in some thai and english pages (protection, performance, les + du pack integral), the links inside buttons have not been translated, all goes to french language (boutique)

- Can you please share the link to the page showing in the recent screenshot?
I was able to find only this page but it doesn't have the same content as the screenshot: hidden link
Side Note: I noticed that the 'Loco Translate' plugin is also active on the website. We generally do not recommend activating multiple translation plugins as it can result in conflicts.
the only things I did last night is open the wordpress and wpml page editor to save the front page data without saving when exiting the editor.
You can deactivate and delete loco translate
aobut the page : hidden link
