Thank you for waiting, while I worked with the concerned team to narrow down this translation issue. We discovered that the content that was not properly getting translated was added through the 'GenerateBlocks' plugin's 'Headline' block. But this text added through this block was not appearing the translation editing screen in the first place. To make this block's content available in the translation editing screen, you can add the following code at WP Admin -> WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration (tab):

Once saved, make any changes to the page(s) where the translated content is not showing correctly, and then when you translate the page, you'll see the text lines added through the 'Headline' block, that were not available before in the translation editor. This also explains why the translated content was getting reset earlier. Because the translated content was getting updated through manual changes to the translated pages and not through the translation editor, whenever the automatic translation service updated the page, it would switch back to only the content it could recognize, which didn't include the text coming from this 'Headline' block. And most of the content of your affected pages is added using this block.  |

Hi, 1 - In english and Thai, the home button (menu) is at right, not at left 2 - Thai front page, "go to store button" : the link stay in french 3 - this page stay in french : 4 - the title stay in french language : hidden link hidden link but soon all solved I think    |
