Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate global saved rows in Beaver Builder, but they do not show the translation on the frontend. The issue can be seen at hidden link
Symptoms:
Expected to see translations on the frontend, but instead, the text remains in German.
Questions:
Why are the translations for global saved rows not appearing in the frontend using Beaver Builder?
What steps can be taken to ensure that the translations display correctly?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) Please share screenshots of the row on the dashboard and front end to help me understand the issue better.
2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
i think this issue is resolved, but we have another problem with translations. The 4 Main navigation links in our header menu are not being translated to english: hidden link

The element is set up as a Beaver-Builder row.
We already tried retranslating the element and using the link target translation feature in settings.
Would be great if you could take a look. If you need access to the page, please let me know how I should communicate sensitive data.
Thank you!
