I think WPML updated automatically on my site ... the advanced editor suddenly changed to a new layout, and I have auto updates fully disable so I don't know how this is possible. Also, after this, I noticed my entire glossary is empty and all terms are set up as "name" without a custom translation. I'm trying to figure out what happened

Please go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and you will see near the top "Your Automatic Translation account id is" followed by a long group of numbers. Please send me the group of numbers so that I can look up your translation account. Thanks!

edit:

by the way I manually re-typed all glossary terms so it's working now, I'm just wondering what may have caused this to happen. Thanks for looking into this

Okay, unfortunately I'm not sure I'll be able to tell if the entries existed in our database before since you manually updated them. What day did you run the updates? Perhaps that information will be stored and we can compare.

Unfortunately I do not recall on what date those updates have been made.

However, I noticed now after updating yesterday (oct 3) to latest version of WPML, all my 500 woocommerce products suddenly have the status "completed - needs update". Even though no changes have been made to its contents. So I'm not sure if this comes from updating the glossary or the update to latest version, but this is very odd, is this a known effect after updating glossary?
Also I tried to cancel all the jobs but it tells me I can't cancel them "This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs".

edit: typo

If the content in the product included glossary terms that were updated, then yes, this would make sense that the product translations need to be updated. Are you able to update the translation by just saving it and making sure it's 100%?
