This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing a fatal error when saving an Elementor editing page, receiving multiple 'Commands out of sync' database errors and a PHP fatal error indicating memory exhaustion.
Solution:
The issue might be related to the 'open_basedir' restriction on the server, which limits the paths PHP can access, potentially affecting file operations required by Elementor and WPML. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to discuss modifying the 'open_basedir' settings or other server configurations that might be causing these errors.

Deleting all WordPress Revisions for this page fixed the issue.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to updates or different configurations, please check our known issues page and ensure all themes and plugins are up to date. If problems persist, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

I deleted all WordPress Revisions for this page and now works fine.
Then, it seems to be related to Revisions.
Is there something in the WPML Settings related to Revisions? Maybe, something to exclude them from WPML actions.
Please let me know.
Thanks.
Walter.

Hi Walter,

Thanks for your update. I'm not sure why the issue happens when the page has many revisions.

If you can reproduce the issue on the test site, please let us know to check it.

Best regards,
Osama
