Hello,
I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.
You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.
I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.
However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose.
If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.
If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.
The private response form looks like this: hidden link
Next time you reply, click "I still need assistance."

Please note that we are obliged to request this information individually on each ticket. We may not access any access information not specifically submitted on this ticket in the private response form.

Hello,
Thank you very much for providing access to the website.
Now, I see you are using the Professional Translation Service for all your translations.
Before we take any further steps, I would like you to take note, that by default the WPML Translation Editor for translating content on the site is the Advanced Translation Editor.
This editor is not able to keep track of translations coming from professional translation services.
If someone opens a translation for one of the pages and applies a translation inside the Advanced Translation Editor it would result in a loss for those translations that are coming from the professional translation service.
This is why I recommend, that you change WPML > Settings > Translation Editor > Editor for new translations to "Classic Translation Editor".
The Classic Translation Editor will be able to display translations that were created by a professional translation service and this way you will be later able to make adjustments and keep working with the translations, that were created by the professional translation service.

In order to test the issue that we have on the site here I would now need to take a copy of the site, migrate it to a local server a test from there.
It might be faster if I simply provide a WPML test site and you could import your homepage there and install the plugin(s) necessary for displaying all the content of the homepage.
I see on the screenshot that there is no CSS code.
On the production website, I have WPML installed and connected to Memoq.
I will keep an eye open if there will be some CSS with the translation jobs.
I have another question as well. For the string translations, what is recommended to translate all the strings available or just those from specific plugins?
And if the answer is only from specific plugins, which would that be for me?
I appreciate any help you can provide.
With kind regards,
Martien Verhaar

Hello Martien,
So far I can still not recreate the issue, but there are some Block Patterns on the page (6. Klanten, etc.). This "Synced Pattern" option is not available on the test site.
See screenshot.
Do you have any idea what might be missing on this site in order to be able to use this pattern option on the sandbox?
About your questions in regards to WPML String Translation:
You will need to decide which strings to translate and which not. It might not be necessary to translate all the strings. Some of those strings are affecting the Frontend while many others are only used on the admin screens of WordPress.
Let me know if you have any further questions regarding this topic.
Best regards
Andreas
