Background of the issue:
I am trying to duplicate the header on my WordPress site using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The header is not showing the correct information. I expected to see the header of the root site, but instead, I got nothing.

Questions:
Why is the header not showing the correct information?
How can I ensure the header of the root site is displayed?
