Header translation of Mega menu, Book Now button and Login are missing

liorR-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the Header mega menu. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: Header translation of Mega menu, Book Now button, and Login are missing. I expected to see all the Header component's translation, but instead, I got: n Questions: Why are the translations for the Header mega menu, Book Now button, and Login missing? How can I ensure all Header components are translated correctly?

liorR-2	Hey Osama, thanks for reaching out I am desperate and start to understand the wpml plugin just messing my site I applied changes to page I cleaned cookies from the browser, pure cache from the server, pure cache from the cache plugin and disabled it and still i getting the same results what am I missing? please analysed my log and fined the source of the problem
