jackZ-5	Background of the issue: I am working on a website using WPML. The English URL is hidden link and the Russian URL is hidden link. Both URLs can receive emails and content normally. Symptoms: The French URL hidden link and Spanish URL hidden link can only receive emails, but no content is displayed. Questions: How should I handle the issue where the French and Spanish URLs can only receive emails but no content is displayed?

I've checked your footer template here hidden link using the Advanced translation Editor, and I noticed that you've translated the shortcode that is required to display the email contents as shown in the attached screenshot, and I've corrected it for you. jackZ-5	Hello dear, thank you for your reply. I tested the forms at the bottom of “hidden link and “hidden link but I still cannot see the content in the email. Please help me, thank you. Additionally, how can I check if other pages may have the same issue? Thank you, and have a pleasant weekend.

jackZ-5	Following up on my previous reply: The same issue exists on other pages as well. For example, after filling out the form at the bottom of hidden link, the content is not displayed in the email (as shown in the screenshot). Therefore, we should find a solution that can resolve the same issue across all pages. For instance, is it possible to search for and modify the relevant strings in WPML's string translation feature all at once? How can we check if other pages have the same issue? Thank you.
