Why am I seeing this message? Screenshot link — and when I try to edit or add a language, it's asking me for a migration code. It shouldn't be asking for that. Why is this happening?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue.

Please uncheck the *Validate on Save* option and save the settings. After that, go to Settings >> Permalinks and click Save Changes (no need to change anything).

Then, clear all types of caches and check if you can access the posts and pages on hidden link as expected on the frontend. This might just be a false warning.

If the issue still exists, please try the steps below to make sure both domains have the same and correct DNS settings:

1) Create a simple text file (e.g., WPMLTest.txt)
2) Upload it to the root folder of hidden link
3) Then, check if you can access the file from both domains:

hidden link

hidden link

Please note that I have opened a new ticket for the *Site Move warning* issue. As per our support policies, we can address only one problem per ticket. This approach allows us to assist you more efficiently and keeps discussions focused. I will respond to the new ticket shortly.

Thanks!
