[Resolved] Home Page Widget area bot working on added languages
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client has translated most of the site, but the "Popular Safaris" widget area is not displaying content in added languages, showing only in the default English. When another language is selected, the widget area displays "unfortunately no tours found". Solution: We recommended checking if the "tours" have been translated into the other languages. Additionally, we asked the client to enable debug information to help diagnose the issue further. Yes, I have translated everything but still the "Tours" widget does not work for any languages - only works for the default "English" Have a look at my site at hidden link
- Enter the site on English
- Have a look on the Home Page for "Popular Safaris"
- In the footer, select a language and see under "Popular Safaris", you will see a message saying no tours are available
I have no idea how to fix this - please can you help me. I can add you to the backend as a user if you want to look at the settings?

Thank you, but have you managed to see why this is not working? Have you logged into the WP backend to see what can be done to fix this? I really need this to work or there is no point in keeping the language translation. Please let me know if you are bale to help fix this issue
