Homepage of translation is broken

jamieK	Background of the issue: I am trying to fix the Spanish version of the homepage on my site hidden link. The translation is updated and published. Symptoms: The Spanish version of the homepage is broken. Questions: Why is the Spanish version of the homepage broken? How can I fix the broken Spanish version of the homepage?

jamieK	It had to do with custom 404 pages and how it will redirect. I had it set to the homepage in both languages and then disabled it, but that was the issue. I created a new custom 404 page, redirected to it, saved everything and then disabled it. The translated homepage now appears.
