How do I send just 1 changed string to a page translated via Smartling (Translation Service)?

simpleT	Background of the issue: I am using our dev site hidden link to work on a page /engage that was translated via Smartling. I've changed a string on this page and added 'extra test string' at the end of it. I also added a new section under our first block and named it 'Alternating Block extra test string'. Symptoms: When I go to string translation and try to add them, it seems like they appear. However, this red text shows up, and if I send said strings, it seems like these pages get messed up hidden link. Questions: How can I send to Smartling just these strings that were changed or newly added? Should I send the entire page again to Smartling? What point exists for these WPML packages?
