How to create custom URL structure/pattern?

rafaelS-33	Background of the issue: I installed a plain version of WPML and selected German as a demo language. My core WordPress is in English (en_US). I want to offer multiple languages in different markets, such as the US and Germany, with a custom URL pattern like hidden link for English in the US and hidden link for German in Germany. Symptoms: The URL pattern is not adapting to the desired structure of including both country and language codes, such as us-en or de-de. Questions: How can I change the existing URL pattern of the already added languages during the setup process of WPML?

Background of the issue:
