I have followed the guidance given in this article - https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/integrating-hubspot-with-multilingual-sites-that-use-wpml/ - to try to ensure that the translated page has the correct Hubspot form (the one we have made in the right language). However, having changed the "hubspot id" field in the Translation Editor to point to the correct form in the translation, the translated page shows the original language form.
I attach a screenshot showing how I changed the Hubspot ID in the Translation Editor. Comparing with the equivalent screenshot shown in the tutorial article above, I can see that the yellow "uuid" icon is missing in the field which carries the hubspot id in my case. Could this be the issue? If so, what does it indicate that I need to do?
This issue is common to all the forms on our website, and to keep it working properly I have corrected the translated pages in the Page editor as a temporary solution. However, I have left one test case uncorrected, which you can see here: hidden link
The way I am adding the forms is by pasting the form shortcode into a text editor block in Elementor Pro. I tried using the specific "Hubspot Form" block in Elementor as an alternative, but in that case the Translation Editor did not reveal the hubspot id at all, even after searching for the code.
I will add the first reply before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.
It seems that you followed the steps of the documentation correctly. I checked the website and I do see the form showing in French as it should be. Please check the screenshot.
I suggest that you test with another browser or machine as it might be a cache on your side as it is working ok when I checked the front end.
Thanks.
