Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and attempting to add some widgets for translation using WPML. The theme contains widgets that are not translating, and I have tried to configure them using the WPML Multilingual Tools plugin. I followed the outdated documentation and tried to adapt the process based on my understanding.

Symptoms:
Despite configuring the WPML XML configuration for the widgets, only the header of the widget is available for translation, and the rest of the widget content is not translating.

Questions:
Is there updated documentation available that matches the current version of WPML and its Multilingual Tools plugin for registering widgets for translation?
Can you provide guidance on how to correctly configure the WPML XML to ensure all parts of the widget are translatable?
