qinglinW	Background of the issue: I am trying to install WPML on my site hidden link. I have installed OTGS and registered the key in OTGS. Then, I installed the WPML plugin through OTGS and received a prompt saying 'installation is in progress'. Finally, I received a prompt saying 'operation completed'. My WordPress version is 6.8.2. Symptoms: The installation was not successful despite receiving a prompt that the operation was completed. Questions: Why was the WPML installation not successful despite the completion prompt?
