I can not add new word in the Glossary

botiss-biomaterialsG	Hi, It did not work as well. As you can see in my screen short that I correct the word "la membrane Jason®" to "Jason® membrane". This is our product name we do not want to translate it. My actions were: Correct Save to Translation memory Complete or reload page the wrong words still appear in this editor. However, I can not add new word in the Glossary. This function did not work in my website.

Long Nguyen WPML Supporter since 02/2022 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (GMT+07:00)	Hi, On my demo site, it works properly. Please check screenshot attached. On your site, I see the language flag is not displayed correctly. It could be affected by another thing. Please try to enable a minimal environment as below and see if it helps: - Deactivate all non-WPML plugins - Switch to a standard theme of WordPress. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ If it doesn't help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed.
