[Resolved] I can t edit the string it takes me to divi directly
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to edit translations because they were redirected to the page direction instead of the strings of translations. Solution: We checked the page and found that it was using the WordPress editor. We switched it to the WPML editor for the client. We recommend checking if the page now works correctly by attempting to edit the translation again. If you're experiencing a similar issue, we suggest switching to the WPML editor from the WordPress editor when trying to edit translations. If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, because it might be outdated or not applicable, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

Tell us what you are trying to do? I'm trying to edit my translations, but when I click on edit the tranlation I land on the page direction not on the strings of translations
Is there any documentation that you are following? No
Sure.
I'm on the move right now so no access to a laptop but here is the issue.
When I am in my page list on the back end in WordPress.
Where the pages show.
There is a pen to edit the translation.
Everytime I press on it, on a specific page, instead of taking me to where to edit the translation, it takes me to the page directly.
I'll make screenshots tonight when I'll land but I hope that can help in the meantime.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
