I can't change default language (save is disabled)

moustafaM-5	Background of the issue: I am trying to change the default language on my site using WPML. I navigated to WPML > Languages > Site Languages > Change default language. Symptoms: The save button is disabled when I try to change the default language. Questions: Why is the save button disabled when I try to change the default language? How can I enable the save button to change the default language?

moustafaM-5	Aha, Sorry I just was needed to reinstall WordPress version, so it brings language files. Best regards.
