This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to update a new key in WordPress and remove a banner in the footer.
Solution:
To update the new key in WordPress:
1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.
2. Click Unregister WPML from this site.
3. After the page loads, click on Register WPML. You will see a message asking you to enter the site key. Click on Get a key for this site.
4. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to Production site.
5. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update a new key in WordPress and remove a banner in the footer on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
I can't find the place in WordPress where I can update the new key.

Questions:
Where can I update the new key in WordPress?
How can I remove the banner in the footer?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1. Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Click Unregister WPML from this site.

I found where to update the key, the banner was removed from the footer, but now there is another problem. The language settings that were there before when everything worked - remain the same. But my translations have stopped working. Directories with /ru/, /en/ do not work and are displayed as 404 pages
