Problem:
The client was unable to complete the translation of the 'Theme Builder Layout' page because an email address wouldn't change. Additionally, despite translating the page title for 'https://callfederer.com/es/the-parallels/', it still appeared in English. The client also faced issues with URLs in the translations of the pages 'why call us?' and 'the parallels' remaining in English.
Solution:
We recommend checking the translation management settings within WPML to ensure that all text strings, including email addresses and URLs, are correctly registered for translation. For issues with URLs not translating, verify that the URL translation options are correctly configured in WPML's language settings. If you're experiencing similar issues:
1. Go to WPML > Languages.
2. Check the 'Translate URLs' option is enabled.
3. Ensure that the URL formats are consistent across languages.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to outdated configurations or specific settings in your theme or plugins.
