You are unable to see the translation of your website's German version after previously deactivating GTranslate, activating String Translation, and re-saving the German homepage.

If you're still facing problems, it might be due to outdated solutions or a different issue not covered here. Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the translation on my site hidden link. Previously, Carlos Rojas helped by deactivating GTranslate, activating String Translation, and re-saving the German version of the homepage.

Symptoms:
I can't see the translation.

Questions:
How can I re-save German version?
