I was now able to access the login form, as I needed to remove the http:// from your info.

Question:
The issue is on the live site or a copy?

Another issue might be, that if you run a copy of your site on the same domain, then WPML can not recognize this site.

You can not register the site on wpml.org using the same domain twice.

Try using a subdomain for your test site.
