I can't update and WPML API server is not running.

ritaS-12	I tired to update my WPML but got: Connection failed! Please refresh the page and try again. (Unable to parse data from service response.) Tried Unregister/Register but can't register anymore: Unable to parse data from service response. Checked installer support and WPML API Server is not running.
